Thank you Gunner! Amazing! You just made my day, week and month! 10/10! But what is the idea in the future? 
I post here and have my issue resolved with great quality and speed. 
But at EA Help in-game I’ve had two dropped tickets and 2,5 day of energy and time down the drain?
