SEE Lightspeed Bundle

Hey

Today I‘ve purchased the latest release of the SEE Lightspeed Bundle. 

Bought over the Webstore and paid by PayPal. The transaction completed and is listed at PayPal. 
Then I‘ve logged into the game to receive the chars but in my inbox there was a message that there were issues  complete the transaction. Instead from receiving the chars I’ve got around 5200 crystals. 
What can I do now? I want the chars, not the crystals
