Lightspeed purchase not showing up

I purchased the Queen Amidala lightspeed bundle a few hours ago, and was charged for it but she has not shown up.

A weird note, that when I made the purchase, it went to the screen i've seen so many times before, showing what I should have bought... but there was no image of the character, just the screen and a note that clicking would show her stats. I tried clicking that empty space but nothing.
