Hello there @EA_UltraSlide ,

Im having the same issue. App crashed, journey completed and 9/10 materials. Ally code: 388-167-147

      Hi EA UltraSlide,

      I completed the Sith Eternal Emporor Galactic Ascension Event (all 7 levels with all attempts successfully completed), but I currently have only 3 of the 10 ultimate ability materials. Here are my IDs if you'd like to take a look:

      Player ID: IkuvgHnERaSVd6Gy0kjr0Q

      I assume that those two characters are zeroes and not capital Os

      Ally Code: 139-412-387

      Any ideas on what the issue might be?
