SEE tier 6 ultimate battle bug - ultimate not appearing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have finished 9/10 ultimate battles for tier 6 SEE event, with no difficulty. However, since the last patch, I have tried the battle 3 times - every time SEEs ultimate fails to appear and I end up loosing the battle. No change in tactics, characters applied or gameplay. Have now spent 750 crystals, and dark side currency 70 x 3 without any results. Have tried to contact in-game help multiple times, and have received absolutely zero help - just standard AA cookie cutter responses (which is hugely irritating). Any way to actually get some help? Reimbursement of time, crystals and energy?
