Chewbacca lsb

I understand I must seem annoying, but I am making this third post in case you don't see my replies under the last two posts I made. It's now been roughly a week since I purchased this bundle and I am still yet to receive it. I understand you told me that the last purchase I made was in December, but I'm posting this to ensure that you see this receipt I received after purchasing the Chewbacca lsb clearly shows I paid for it last Wednesday as my previous claims have stated. I apologise for continuing to press this, but money is money and I'd like to see my purchase eventually. Thank you for your time and I truly do appreciate how difficult your job must be, so I am deeply grateful to you and again apologise for trying to press my issues onto your already full plates.

  • Unfortunately, I cannot confirm any purchases on your account. I checked the time stamp of your receipt and compared it with the account's order history. But the data doesn't match. Have you contacted support already?

  • As far as I know I'm only using this one account and I'm not exactly sure on what other forms of support are available in this situation 

  • I have spent the last few hours talking to customer support and they have done absolutely nothing to help whatsoever
