Severe Bug: 3,000 Era Shipment Currency Vanished

Hi Community Managers and Team,

I am writing here because regular EA Support advisors have repeatedly refused to look at my currency logs and closed my tickets, despite confirming my transaction timestamps.

The Bug:

On August 8, 2026, at 1:16:04 AM and 1:16:33 AM (GMT+05:30), I used my saved in-game Era Shipment currency to buy 2 Audorium Lightspeed Tokens (3,500 each, total cost 7,000).

My Starting Balance: 10,651 currency

Correct Cost: 7,000 currency

Expected Balance: 3,651 currency

The Error: The server incorrectly deducted 10,000 currency instead of 7,000, leaving me with only 651. Exactly 3,000 hard-earned credits vanished due to a server deduction loop glitch.

Regular live support confirmed these exact timestamps in my account history but refused to check the "currency balance" column, stating they won't escalate to a Supervisor because "everyone uses the same tools."This is deeply unfair as these resources take a long time to save up by playing. 

I am kindly asking a Community Manager or Senior Specialist here to review my server data around those timestamps and perform a manual credit of the missing 3,000 Era currency to my inbox.
