Shadows of the empire LSB not working

When I tried to buy the shadows of the empire lsb I was met with an unending spinning wheel that wouldn't let me continue with my payment. At first I thought it was my Internet but it wasn't. I saw that people were having an issue with other lsbs so I wanted to know if anyone was having the same issue as me and how to possibly fix it.
