Shards reset for Hunter mercenary

My shard progress on Hunter merc has somehow been reset, to 4 stars and 65/65. I definitely had him at 5 stars, and a good chunk of the way to filling x/85 … maybe 50-60/85 progress, though I can’t remember the exact shard count. But I definitely did not leave him at 4 stars and able to activate to 5, and miss out on the extra shards from marquee tiers, or the extra feat levels in the galactic challenges during the marquee release.
