We've raised this to the studio now.

Hi all and sorry for the late reply.

We've checked with the team and they confirmed that the Ship Energy Pack was available from 02-08-2019 00:00 UTC to 02-12-2019 07:59 UTC. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the patch notes. Sorry about that.

Same here and will probably be too late before they notice. Was hoping to get to 5 star with the fleet energy pack but I’m not doing more refreshes to spend more.

  so the day is almost gone....was looking for the energy pack...still not there, even tried restarting

  A mistake in the Patch notes for a week is NO EXCUSE. The patch notes detail the update and duration. It's not the players fault you had faulty notes. From a QA perspective, if I tell my client, opps, the document I just gave you that you used to plan, wasn't really right, so, sorry about that, I would have a lot of explaning to do. So my question is, what is going to be done to remedy the error?

I'm in the same boat. I was saivng my purchase to the last day so it aligned with the guidkl daily activity. Won't get to 5* now and very disappointed.

    I didn't get to 5 star Emperor's Shuttle for this reason too. My event has ended, and I could not buy the Ship Energy Deal.
