Ship Journeys (Rank V - Executioner etc) not available at the moment

Hello there,

wanted to start my executioner journey today, but it says: “not available at the moment, please try it later again”. After 2h I tried it again, still this message. For all rank V ship journeys is the same message shown. Any update on this?

Executor is available on the 15th of the month.
