Shipment misclick issue

Hi,

It's been a minute now that when doing the shopping routine on the shipment, clicking on one item doesn't make it pop for buying but triggers another different item from the same page. This morning I ended up, through pure muscle memory, buying 32 shards of the Gungan Bombadier, whom I already have at seven stars, losing 1280 in the process.

Could you please let me know if these shard can be taken away and the cristals be refunded?
