Signal Data Cache pack

The label on the pack states a limit of 3 purchases, however it is now missing after a single purchase (1,499). Is the text wrong or should I be able to buy 2 more? Missing in both PC & Android versions.

I have seen claims that it's a LIFETIME limit of 3, can anyone confirm?

Error on leaderboard in Coliseum
There is a error happening every time you click on the leader board in Coliseum. It prompts you to either ( Contact Us ) or ( Restart). This may have already been reported.
