Our guild has struggled with the bugs in the HSTR system as well since its redesigned launch. Our problem was/is in Phase 4. We have relic level characters attaching Sion, but causing no damage and relic level characters eliminating Nihilus' protection, but then causing no damage. When I say damage, I mean visible removal of "health energy" not points as we know in Phase 4 you don't score those until you are facing traya alone. The last time our guild ran the HSTR, the bug seemed to be fixed. Sion had a reduced health meter enough it was yellow, and similar for Nihilus. We just ran the HSTR raid a day or 2 ago, and now back to not causing any health reduction to either Sion or Nihilus in Phase 4.
It appears there are a couple bugs with it attempting to be worked out. I am a competitive, but casual laid back player. In reality I know sometimes things take time to resolve. I wanted offer a suggestion of sorts, perhaps maybe a "update statement" on the progress towards resolving the bugs with HSTR issues. It won't calm everyone down, but I think at least if gamers knew what was being done to resolve it, that might help some. My second suggestion is after the bugs are ironed out of the HSTR, perhaps some type of global, game wide, package of gear/credits/shards might be a good idea. My ally code is 817-183-545 and I can provide a screenshot from one of our guild members runs yesterday showing an attack on Sion with relic characters but no health reduction at all (it is on my ipad, and I am at my work computer).
I don't know if this helps or not, but we do have the HSTR set on auto launch, we don't manually launch it.
