Sith Triumvirate LSB Purchase Issue (PC Client Webstore)

My ally code is 457-267-725 & the order number is 1005369545368. Having recently made a purchase on the PC SWGOH Webstore, I have yet to receive my bundle and instead got 2800 crystals as "compensation". I would like for the issue to be resolved by having the bundle restored to my account.
