New post following an 8 day contact with ingame support.
Explained to them the situation, in fact i explained it multiple times over different days because i kept getting someone else responding the next day.
I have a feeling these people do NOT understand the issue at hand so these are the screenshots i provided them:
The last respond i got mentioned that it could be possible that my card was blocked after multiple attempts at purchasing the slice a bundle. As you can see from the screenshots i NEVER got to the point of paying. I got the error before even entering all my information to pay..... This is clearly a error in the pricing of the slice a bundle. So basicly it took the people 8 days to give me an "solution" to the wrong problem.
Furthermore i was given an case id, that leads to nowhere, it does not show up in my cases and a search on help.ea.com leads to nowhere.
So this is my final time asking for help, after been told by ingame support to ask it here EA_David
