Slicing mods is greyed out

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? LG G7
OS Version Android 11

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug On a Relic 6 Revan I am unable to slice a Tier A mod to Tier E. The button is greyed out even though I have all the materials. I had traded a high tier C mod that was there before. So there is no reason why slicing would be disabled.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country Canada

Mods will not slice into higher tiers. Even mods equipped to Relic characters.

    Hi @EN6A6E 

    As you mentioned in your comment, you do not have enough credits to slice the mod. With enough credits, you will be able to slice the mod without issue.

    I just noticed that my credit amount is under 200K. If that's the case then my bug report is about the fact that the game does not tell you that you do not have enough credits. If I was low on materials it always tells me by highlighting the amount red. Looking at my game it is telling me that I have enough credits to slice. That's pretty annoying.

    As you mentioned in your comment, you do not have enough credits to slice the mod. With enough credits, you will be able to slice the mod without issue.

    Without looking at my credit amount, how else is anyone to know that they do not have enough? There is no indication. I had literally no way of knowing because I wasted my time filling out this bug report.
