Since EA closed my first case when they verified what I told them... for a second time... (but didn't fix a thing), I have yet to hear from them in the in game help section.
Still waiting at 9 of 10 ultimate ability material chips when I should have 10 of 10.
Customer service here is terrible. 12+ hours no response when otherwise responses have been within an hour or two.
