SEE II Bundle purchased received crystal instead
I purchased the SEE II Bundle today but encountered an error after the transaction. When I restarted the game, I received crystals in my inbox instead of the bundle.
As you can see in the attachment, I have not received the toons, and the SEE Lightspeed Bundle has been reactivated and is available in my store again.

My case has been resolved! Thanks for the EA support they have restored the purchase manually! I recommend everyone make screenshots and communicate with the in game EA support team as clear the problem as it is possible then you will get help.
I wish their response was a bit faster otherwise I’m happy with the results.
