SLKR lead reduces crit chance to 0% instead of preventing crits

SKLR's lead doesn't do anything to modify an opponent's crit chance.

Are you sure it isn't Hux on the opposing team preventing turn meter gain? His unique ability "Boundless Ambition" prevents enemies gaining TM if he has advantage and all his allies are First Order.
