Slow UI

Is there any plan on fixing the speed on the "Hold down" UI ?  I am talking about holding down on abilities or characters in game, and then the additional icons that pop up taking a much longer period of time to open than they used too.  This is also an issue when holding down Salvage gear pieces to search for them.    As of right now, the speed on the PC client is extremely fast and well done.
