Slower Jedi Master Luke Skywalker can't defeat Faster Jedi Master Luke Skywalker
Slower Jedi Master Luke Skywalker (Lead) can't defeat faster Jedi Master Luke Skywalker in a mirror match, even 1 speed. Workaround is to switch the lead slot with Jedi Knight Revan.
According to the Developer Insight post (https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/236504/developer-insight-jedi-master-luke-skywalker), 'One of our goals was to create a Jedi Leader ability that rivaled Jedi Knight Revan and was flexible enough to allow for a diverse set of Jedi squadmates'. The truth is Jedi Knight Revan lead is still far more better than JML lead, especially in a mirror match.
Reason why slower JML lead can't beat the fast JML lead is because there are no Tenacity Up at the start of an encounter. Then when the opponent JML using his AOE to attack the slower JML, our JML not even have a move because Turn Meter has been reduced, and most of the Jedi are ability blocked.
Why this is a bug because if you do not have the fastest mod in the game, you have no reason to get JML at all unless for Territory Battle. Another reason it is not intended by the developer as the Developer Insight mentioned.
Suggestion is to grant Tenacity Up or Foresight to all Jedi at the start of an encounter, then the slower JML can defeat faster JML with right strategies.
