Some of my units are not avaible in Territory War

Summarize your bug I cannot choose all of my units in Territory War, they have more than 6000 Power but I cannot choose them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Territory War Try to set a Defense Team Serveral Units are not avaible to choose

I am trying to set units like Jedi Knight Revan (27039 Power), Darth Traya (23575 Power) or Enfys Nest (19728 Power) as Defense Team but they are not avaible to choose in Territory War. Several other units are missing too.
Other players of my guild have the same issue.
