@nosgol So you haven't set up an EA account or anything like that - it's entirely through Facebook? Because there isn't a way for someone to log-in to your account and play with it, as if they were you, unless they can log-in in a similar fashion, I.E. this person can't just be using your account without having a way to actually log-in; Also, Facebook is very notorious for being hacked Sometimes I swear 25% of my friend's list consists of friends' accounts that have subsequently been hacked, yet the friends in questeion never seem aware of it. So I have to think that, regardless of what Facebook may be saying, someone has gained access to your Facebook account and is just playing around. A few more questions, and suggestions:
1. Is your account really, or even fairly, far along? Like, do you have any of the Galactic Legends, or a GP of 2.5 - 5 million (or more)? Because if your account is powerful, it would certainly be advantageous for someone to use it to join their guild to help their guild to win things like Territory Wars, etc.
2. Along that note, is the guild that you're in after your account seems to have been messed with consistent? I.E., does this person seem to keep joining the same guild? Because that would definitely point to someone using your account to help their guild in Territory Wars and such. That, or it's somebody that has beef with your guild, which brings me to my final question-
3. Is this happening to anyone else in your guild? And, especially if the answer is yes, does another guild have some kind of problem with the guild you are normally a part of?
Alright so, obviously I'm not an EA employee, and can't get into your account to physically check, but I can get the attention of one if you answer these questions and do a couple things. First do you know if the wi-fi you are using to connect to the game has a static IP address? Or are you connecting using your mobile data? Because if you are consistently using the same IP address to play (the same wi-fi address or mobile data), then it would make it about 100 times easier for an employee to confirm that someone else is indeed using your account besides yourself. Second - change your Facebook password! Yeah, changing passwords is annoying, but in this case I'd say it's a must - change your Facebook password, and don't save it in your browser or anything - no autofill (just in case this person has access to more than just your game account) - write it down on paper instead. After doing all that, if you could write down the approximate time you are playing the game each day (with the appropriate time zone, to prevent confusion), then I would think we would have all the necessary info to stop this from happening.
FINALLY - after doing all that, please post immediately if this happens again, because if someone else is still able to use your account after doing all that, it's out of my league and we'll have to page an EA employee to come take a look. Then you would have proof that you changed your password, knowledge of whether or not your IP is static, and the times that YOU are playing to present to that employee, which SHOULD enable them to confirm that your account is being hacked and, hopefully, who is doing it, as obviously somebody that is willing to hack into one person's account would have no issue doing it to other people.
Sorry, I know that's a lot of writing, and a lot to ask, but I really think this is the best and fastest way to solve your problem.
P.S. - A clarifying question - so you can tell somebody else is using your account because rewards are being collected that you didn't collect and you are ending up in a different guild than the one you were in without being kicked out of your guild and joining a different one yourself? Also, you can at least take assurance in that they can't steal items from your account - but because they might get sick of it and decide to pull a final * move and make it so you can't even log-in yourself, I really gotta say that you should change your Facebook password to something completely different as soon as you possibly can! Good luck, and I hope to get a response from you soon so we can figure this out - I know I wouldn't be happy if somebody was accessing my account :/
