Sorry for the inconvenience

So I received the 20 zetas for the disguised clone trooper bug. The problem is I had no idea why I got them at the time. So I put those zetas on another toon. Why can't you tell us IN THE GAME why you're giving out items for a screwup instead of just saying "sorry for the inconvenience"!!!
