If I understood your post correctly, you tried to refresh the Squad Arena timer and it didn't go through on the first try, so you tried 3 more times until it went through right?
This can occur when the network connection is weak or unstable, so what you can try to avoid such an issue in the future is to make sure your network connection is stable and strong, as well as reinstalling the game and making sure you don't have any other apps running in the background (as this is slowing your device performance and can cause lag in game). A good practice is also to fully close the game and not leave it in the background when you are done playing.

In regards to the Crystal refund, I'm afraid we don't handle it here on the forum. It is handled by our Customer Support team.

I work in tech support in streaming media...
I will run any network test you want and probably a few you don't even know about
Your infrastructure is more likely the cause as this looks like your API servers unable to handle the load during US afternoon hours

- Anonymous8 years agoThis is still a bug if your system is not checking against repeat API calls like this that happen within 2 minutes considering what the call is for
Your answer to push this off on my network does not excuse the lack of proper error handling on your code
