Star killer lightspeed bundle error

I'm trying to buy the starkiller lightspeed bundle, however an error box appears stating that someone has already bought me this pack, and that I can no longer buy this for myself. I've checked my inbox and nothing is showing. None of my characters have changed.

ORDER OF WHAT HAPPENED

1. Opened lightspeed bundle to buy it

2. Backed out momentarily to check my bank acount before( unsure if this is where the error occurred.)

3. Reopened lightspeed bundle to buy

4. Pop up appeared stating that someone has already purchased for me, and to check mail

5. Checked mail, and nothing appeared, repeated this step for for about an hour, and nothing

6. Entered settings and pressed the find unclaimed purchases buttons, nothing happened

7. Signed out of account and resigned in, repeated steps 1-7, nothing happened

Hopefully this can be looked into, and I can buy the Starkiller light speed bundle

    I have this same issue.  I tried to purchase the pack and it said someone tried to purchase it for me.  I checked the mail and nothing.  I then logged out and back in and then the Star Killer pack was no longer in the store.  I uninstalled/reinstalled the game and it re-appeared in the store but still gave me the same error.  I asked a guildmate to check if I was eligible for the pack for a guild member to purchase and he said I was eligible.  The pack then disappeared again and when I tried uninstalling/reinstalling (2 more times) it does not show up in the store for me anymore.

    has there been any solution found for this yet? I’ve been trying to contact support via the in game help window about the error and trying to purchase the bundle and it’s been taking 1-2 days before they respond to any message and I haven’t gotten any thing from them
