Hi so I purchased the hyper drive bundle on may 5th 2020 and after I purchased the bundle it gave me a page that said restart client so I believed that that was the way to do it so when I got back to my game the bundle wasn’t there. I became pretty frustrated as this was the 3rd time now where I have bought something but it never appeared and have had to go through the ea customer support, and now it’s a week and a half later and I have been disputing my claim and I have heard nothing back from ea customer support and when I check my case it keeps saying updated, what is that supposed to mean? I have provided them with the proof of purchase and everything that they have asked but I haven’t gotten any updates on what is going on with the investigation. At this point I really don’t know what to do because this was a big purchase for me because I am 16 years old and 100 dollars is a lot of money for me. Someone please help. Oh and I browsed the other feeds and I did restore purchases and nothing showed up.
