You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. Unfortunately, your account is under 18 years old. If you want to update your DOB you will need to contact EA Help and ask for an update.

Thanks, I have done that to begin with and they told me to post here though. I guess I will do it again. Also I should ask you, is it safe to share my citizen card or drivers license with the support team? Any guarantees they won't be miss used?

  @KenwayLad Just ask them to update your date of birth on your swgoh account. They will tell you what details they'll need as proof. EA Help has a process for DOB requests.
