Still haven’t received gift cards rewards

I’ve been fighting support for a week and I’m getting no where.  They claim the game gave me the rewards but they didn’t hit my account.  Need someone here to help.  Every time I think I’m getting somewhere they just have me clear catch and reboot the phone/app.  When it doesn’t work they just say I got the rewards and close the ticket.  I’m on ticket 3 now trying to get this rectified but it’s getting frustrating.  I refuse to spend until they fix it.  

CG_Meathead​ sorry to ping but no idea where else to go, and I see a lot of posts here with similar issues and frustrations.  Please help!  It’s like they think we are trying to game the system but we aren’t.  We just want what was agreed to upon our purchase.
