Still haven’t received purchase

It’s been a week now and I still have yet to receive my Wat Tambor lightspeed bundle I bought. This is now my second post about this issue since I contacted the in-app support and they stopped responding to my messages on last Friday. Pretty fed up with this not gonna lie

Update: In-app support contacted me and told me I had received the bundle back when I purchased it despite not having the character at the proper stars or relic level. This is actually a joke
