I have done all the song and dance stuff they have on here to fix it and it is still not working.

Sounds and looks to me like delay tactics. This isn’t a “Solution” or a “fix” for all and nearly all of my guild are now affected. Will there be an official announcement from EA about this or are they hoping that everyone just gives up and deletes their accounts. Didn’t know that Ostriches worked for EA (burying your head in the sand tactic). Come on someone let us know what’s happening……PLEASE

If you click "Play as guest" go through the tutorial, click settings. Click "Import Account" then log in to the EA account you're trying to get to in game. Boom, problem solved
