Summarize your bug Despite having made two purchases of the Slicer's Toolkit Mk 1 pack (which is the maximum number you're allowed), the pack remains in the in-game store and is available for purchase. But when you purchase it, you instead get the equivalent crystal value (1340) along with a message in your inbox saying you've exceeded the number of purchases
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the Slicer's Toolkit Mk 1 twice. Then see if it's still available in the store. If it is, buy it again.

I didn't screenshot things, but I tested this twice and received 1340 crystals both times. Ideally I would be refunded for my purchases - I'm happy to give the crystals back.
Beyond that I'm not sure what I can say that isn't in the summary.

We have now brought the fact that the Slicer's Toolkit Mk 1 pack can be purchased more than the limit of 2 to the team.
If you are looking to get refunded for the extra purchase, unfortunately, we will be unable to help with that. We would recommend reach out to Apple directly for this.
