Is this still an issue for you, or are you able to access the game now?
Please take a look at our troubleshooting guide also. It might be worth swapping between Wifi and Data connections to see if that works for you.

The problem remains unsolved
I've managed a workaround temporary solution, where i leave the app running in the background. In this way I don't get locked out when I close the app.
Obviously this is not a long-term solution.
Have tried different types og troubleshooting via your link without any luck..

Hello,
Same problem for me too... I can't connect to the game since April 14th despite several attempts to uninstall / reinstall, purge the cache, etc...
I even tried to install it on another IOS device but without results too.
I use IOS 14.4.2
Do you have a solution, it's getting long!
