Hello,
The problem remains unsolved
I've managed a workaround temporary solution, where i leave the app running in the background. In this way I don't get locked out when I close the app.
Obviously this is not a long-term solution.
Have tried different types og troubleshooting via your link without any luck..
Can you provide your ally code so we can take a look on our end?

Hello,
Same problem for me too... I can't connect to the game since April 14th despite several attempts to uninstall / reinstall, purge the cache, etc...
I even tried to install it on another IOS device but without results too.
I use IOS 14.4.2
Do you have a solution, it's getting long!

Can you provide your ally codes?
If you haven't tried already, could you try loading the game on a different connection? For example if you were using a wifi connection, try with a cellular (3g/4g) connection and vice versa. Please let us know if this helps.
