Hi all and sorry to hear that.
Sometimes the loading time can be longer than usual (see the official announcement HERE). If the game won't load at all, try switching from WiFi to cellular and vice versa and make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
Clearing cache and reinstalling the game freshly can also help to resolve the issue. More troubleshooting steps can be found HERE and HERE.

I tried that on my own, and on two separate calls with Tech Support. This is still an issue, and I'm not alone in that. Please reach out to me with a real effort to resolve this rather than canned answers that are already posted on your forums. Thank you!

Again, same as Apollos. We have all had the canned "troubleshooting" responses. Games been reinstalled, signal is strong, devices (modem and tablet/phone) restarted. This is a problem and there has been ZERO real effort to fix it

did this thread just get moved back to Technical Issues? The group of us was told to move to the Bug section. EA team, this is not a long load time of a few minutes, this is near an hour of load if it loads at all and just moving threads around is not helping. Switching to my phones data is not a solution, this was working fine until 3 days ago and a little support would be appreciated
