Scam?

So my brother recently purchased the finalizer bundle for $30.99 AUD, however when he went to purchase he received the 28,000 era level currency instead, which btw is literally $2.99. We thought ‘hey maybe it was a misclick’, so we went to check the App Store to see if it took the $2.99 and to our surprise ALL $30 DOLLARS WAS GONE (literally took 30 bucks for a 3 dollar bundle, which wasn’t even the right purchase to begin with). This is not the first time something like this has happened to him as well, and the whole technical support A.I is terrible and unhelpful, as of yet my brother is yet to A.receive his correct purchase, or B.receive a refund. EA FIX YOUR GAME!
