SWGOH account recovery from Ally Code

The tablet on which I play SWGOH has died. I cannot recovery my Player ID but do have my Ally Code. A previous post suggested that EA can recover an account from Ally Code. However, support has been unable to help and suggested that I post this issue to the forum. Suggestions?

did you register your account to an external service, like

facebook or
swgoh.gg
IF you are registered with swgoh.gg, your unique gameID can be retrieved via that uniqueID by Support
AND if you are connected via facebook, you can use that login creditals.

also try to give your tablet sometime, often there is a residual discharge that works after 3 days to power it back up.
IF that should work, register your acc to facebook or gmail ASAP

@DreadLordN was your account connected to EA Connect(aka Webstore) ?
Can you still login to webstore?

@Barbarossa5 Unfortunately, no. I was not connected to the webstore.

@DreadLordN unfortunally that makes the case a lot harder. you have to stick with the EA Support.
Try to explain your case as straight as possible. Dont use too long sentence or unecessary talking stuff. I hope you get it done. But only the real support can help. Not we here over at Answer HQ. Best of luck!

I'm assuming you are Android since iOS would do it with GameCenter.??
