Summarize your bug Someone linked to my account. My session continues to be expired after a few seconds I log into my game. Whoever hacked my account changed my player name (which is changeable using 200 crystals), has used up all my crystals (around 3k), climbed up my arena (ship arena as well) rank.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Transfer a guest account to another device. Take the guest account and associate it with a Game Center account on the ios. You can log into the account from both the new Game Center account and from the other device as if it was still a guest account local to that device. (from dwillmer's post)

A few days ago, my session has expired by someone.

After I was kicked off, my crystals have been used, my in-game name has got changed, my arena, ship arena, and grand arena have been progressed.

Also, all kinds of resources (energies, tokens, credits) are being used.

I asked for some help from the general EA support teams.

As they recommended, I secured all my accounts (Change PWs on Apple GameCenter, Google play, and Facebook, Activate 2FA), disconnected all devices which were signed in.

In addition to that, I erased all content and settings of my iPhone as well.

But none of the above actions are enough to prevent hackers from accessing my account.

The hacker still has access.

The worst is that this hacker seems to use an unauthorized program on my account. (damage hack)

I want to keep them from accessing my account.

Help me @EA_UltraSlide . You are my only hope.

I looked up some similar issues, and found that there are surprisingly many users experiencing the same problem.
