No episode pass active

No episode pass active | EA Forums - 12394107

Bought episode pass from webstore, but it doesn't show active in game. When trying to buy it from game getting an error that daily limit for the item has been reached.

Ive been chatting with EA help for the past 6 hours, they have verified the purchase twice (so far) but dont seem to understand that the pass is not active even though the purchase went through (and received the pass token in ingame mail).

So far their solution has been to wait for 24 hours anf then try to buy it again (really?)

  • Can mark this as solved. EA help within the game sent out new pass after roughly 20 hours and countless people verified the purchase.
