Hi mate, can you share the result with us who has same problem as yours.. looks like @EA_UltraSlide doesnt care when they helped one guy and rest is no problem for them as i see.. so if you can share what they have done to solve this problem with us, we can try the same thing to get our account back from hackers @mbdanos2  thanks in advance..

    @829434652 I'd suggest creating a new ticket rather than replying to an old one that is marked as solved - I don't know for sure but they maybe don't follow-up on "solved" tickets as soon/at all.

    I know you tagged UltraSlide but I didn't see them replying to tickets recently so maybe not around.
