Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This looks like an issue that many on these forums and in the SWGOH community have faced, including some of the top content creators (Youtube Video from Ahnaldt101 experiencing this issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaH_hRACEuA&t=158s). I believe this is similar to the post from kimraehoon on these forums from August as well (who also mentioned another forum post from dwillmer). It seems as though someone was able to access my account randomly through a glitch in the guest account functionality and now they are just taking over my account. I don't know how to reproduce this, but I do know that the video linked above and the many posts regarding this same issue means this is something that CG/SWGOH devs have handled before.

Just the other day, I received a message from my guild officer that my account was renamed and I left the guild. I was very surprised, checked and everything happened exactly like that.
Shortly after that I begin receiving the "Connect Lost: Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in" error pop-up. This person that has hacked/accessed my account is using my crystals & resources, changed my username and affecting my ability to access the game. I have reached out to EA customer service and submitted several tickets, to which they have just recommended I change my iOS/Game Center/google mail password. I have done this and I have 2-step verification already set up, but this person who has access to my account still can get in no problem and has changed my username and left the guild again last night.
What's interesting: I have access to the game from iPhone and Android, but I can't log in with my computer account. I am offered to link my EA account to my Star Wars account again. Also, I can no longer log into the online store with my account. It feels like an attacker disabled my EA account and linked his EA account in some strange way. And yes, my fears were confirmed: that's exactly what happened. After digging through the game files, I found that my account is now linked to another EA account with a different name. The game itself has a function "unlink your account", but when you do this, a warning pops up "you cannot unlink your account." And when i try to connect my EA account, which has already been connected, it gives an error with the code 9.0
Despite all my efforts to secure my account by following all the recommendations of EA support, by doing everything in my power, the attacker continues to have access to my account. He comes in regularly, spends energy, crystals, spoils my gaming experience. EA support can't help, I'm already desperate and don't know who to turn to, so I decided to write about it here on the forum, in case at least one of the developers hears me. After looking at other topics, I saw that many people face a similar situation. Maybe @EA_UltraSlide can help. I hope that someone will hear me, I have nowhere else to turn.
