Yeah my game crashed causing me to lose the Endurance shards and I still haven’t gotten them. I can’t get it up to 4 stars because of this. If anyone has a solve it would be greatly appreciated.

For a case like that I believe you had a random other issue that can’t be replicated that caused the crash. The best way to get the missing shards is to set your phone language to English and then contact the support in game. If you don’t get a response within 3-4 business days come back here and make a new post saying you are missing them. Yes your phone language does need to be English, it will redirect you to the wrong place if it isn’t as in game support is English only. Hope you get your shards soon!
