    Hi all, and thank you for the reports.

    Have you tried all the available troubleshooting steps outlined HERE?

    After an update, it can take a while to get the required files at the start of the game, so leaving it on the loading screen usually resolves this.

    Hi EA Support.

    Tried yor stepps but still not Working. 

    Still loading fails and stucks at Black Lucasfilm Screen.
