    UPDATE

    Appreciate your patience and understanding as our team looked into this. We have a scheduled Hotfix slated for today, but once that's been pushed, a server fix will be pushed later today to address the following:

    • Inbox grant of Missing Holdo/Rose Marquee Event Shards for players who completed Tier 4 of the Event.

    I'll update this thread further once this server fix has been successfully pushed.

    I think we are screwed. I posted a Battlefront 2 bug here in the end of December and it has not been responded to or resolved

      I had the same thing as well. New iPhone up to date iOS and ended event at 0/30 on both toons.

    I experienced the same issue, but I know holding my breath for a resolution will only end up with me giving in and taking a breath.

      I had the same thing happen at lvl 82. I didn't even know lower levels were getting 15 more shards until I read this post.

    Honestly my guild, and several other guilds we have been talking to are going to start flooding the official message boards regarding this issue until they’re finally forced to do something. Kyno and his trolls won’t have enough hands to move all of them.

    I almost think it is intentional. But here's my take oN it. I sometimes pay the 10 to have a 4* character at event time. I won't spend the 10 to keep it 3*.

      The Shard discrepancy is currently under review and support should follow up with player reports with a resolution. I will keep the Answers HQ topic updated with any follow up.
