Swgoh Missing banners in GAC

I looked at your battle history. Shows you lost to Beq. There is no log of you beating the Beq team. Probably has something to do with C3PO surviving Jocastas Hail Mary. He was placed on top front so you must have beaten him as you got through his fleets.

GAC is very broken and CG has failed to follow up with the many issues plaguing it right now. According to their own support team , CG requires and relies on more “experienced players and dataminers” to diagnose the problems with their game.

Jocasta died after her move, she was the last one standing, so she killed my team (except the droid) but died too, so the game said that I Lost , but I could not pay again because all three of the opponent team were dead. So I didn’t get the 20 banners of the victory and of the territory. But that’s unfair because I actually won since my C-3PO was still alive

Yep it’s absolutely unfair. What’s worse is that you will get absolutely zero support or acknowledgment from CG. You could submit a ticket to EA help but I’ll go ahead and give you their response to save you time:
