SWGOH missing crystals

I bought the vault of crystals on the 21st but didnt receive the crystals and when i contacted ea help they said wait 24 hours and if the crystals still dont show up they will transfer the crystals to me. Its been 4 days now. The advisor seems to take 2 or more days just to reply aaking for proof when theres alrdy 9 * screenshots attached in the case. What the hell is this customer service even.
