SWGOH PC Client Error: Game won't launch (Works on Mobile / EA App Okay)
I am experiencing an issue where Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes fails to launch on my PC. While the EA App itself appears to be running normally and shows no errors, the game displays a specific error message (as shown in the attached screenshots) every time I attempt to start it.
Key Observations:
Mobile Status: The game works perfectly on my mobile device using the same account.
EA App Status: The EA App is online and functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting Done: I have ensured all background processes for the EA App are active, but the issue persists.
System Specifications: To rule out hardware compatibility issues, here are my PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super
RAM: 64 GB
OS: Windows 11
Display: 2K (1440p)
Impact: I strongly prefer playing on the PC client for a better experience, and playing on mobile is currently inconvenient for my setup.
I have attached the screenshots of the error message and my EA App status for your review. Could the team please investigate if this is a synchronization issue or a client-specific bug?
