swgoh slows down to a crawl while playing

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? PC running Blue Stacks

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Since the last update that recently occurred swgoh freezes after running for a few minutes if you are idle. If you are actively playing it is fine at first but over time gets slower and slower until it is pretty much frozen. This never happened before this update
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? run the game in bluestacks

Really hope you guys look into this my alt account of like 5 or 6 years high GP is on blue stacks don't have any google play devices really more an apple user.

Hi THE Game is Freeze after the LAST UPDATe since 11/17/2021
and it freezeng on ANY KIND of a Device nether Mobile or PC Emulator
from My opinion it s not a Problem with the gaming platfrom but it is a MAJOR problem
withe The GAME ITSELF after the last Update.
FIX The Gaame ASAP

@EA_UltraSlide I am having this issue on my Android phone, Android tablet, and even Android emulators when tested. Both my phone and tablet were running completely fine before the update, and presumably emulators would have been as well. Emulators not being officially supported is all well and good, but I can't play the game on ANY of my devices now.

I am having a similar problem as well on my Samsung A50 PHONE. The game works fine but if I leave it along for a while, when I come back to the phone, the game is completely frozen. This only started to happen in the past couple of days, after the most recent update.
Again, my PHONE.
Whatever is causing the issues with the emulators might be causing a similar problem on phones as well.

Me too, i play on an iphone 6, before the update i didn't do any problem and now it happens two or three time at day. I tested it on emulator (different OS) and it happens there too so i think it is not because of emulator but it is because the game. Unfortunately i did a new post because i didn't see this post

We are aware for the emulators, but that problems occurs on ios phone, android phones and android tablets too. Most of us used emulator to test the problem. I am loosing a lot of arena battles because of that bug and the gems i loose (and other player looses) will be not refund...
