Works against DR teams, fails on GS mirror matches
@album_cover_1 Hi, thanks for the report! Did you take video of the matches where you believe it's not working properly? Did Fives actually sacrifice himself, or was he targeted down and killed first (perhaps due to taunting)?
Remember that enemy GAS has a very high defense rate, compared to Ferocity on a Sith Empire team which reduces their defense rate. You will see significantly higher numbers against that team, but the numbers you see against GAS will still be higher post-sacrifice than they were before.
If you didn't take video, do you at least have pictures with comparison numbers showing the damage your skills were doing before and after the sacrifice?
I used my GAS team today against both Sith Empire and GAS mirror matches, and always had stats donated as expected. (Side note, the spot Fives is in is irrelevant for this conversation - the spot is only relevant if multiple characters die from an AoE, which obviously is not the case in your battle).

please don't ask me patronizing questions like "did 5s sacrifice himself instead of dying first?" I've been using the team for weeks and I'm a long time player who can see REX/ARC/ECHO BEING TARGETTED down and seeing a full prot/hp 5s instantly dying. It's pretty hard to take pictures of damage numbers because this client lags every time I try to do something on my phone (that runs everything else smoothly). The fact that this game performs worse than from 3 years ago and say 900 million in revenue later is truly sad.
This is not direct proof but I captured a shot before the last 116k hit from ARC showing only 5 STACKS FOR FEROCITY on DR before he got hit? want to explain how 5 stacks translates to 5x+ the damage against Drevan vs GAS?

Unfortunately the damage your team does to a Darth Revan vs a General Skywalker is like comparing apples to oranges.
The two characters start off with a comparable defense stat (assuming similar gear and relic levels). However, there are several things to consider:
1. Darth Revan and General Skywalker likely have different mods, and without seeing their specific mods/stats is difficult to directly compare.
2. General Skywalker gets +25% defense from each other 501st ally, so +100% defense in a full squad.
3. Darth Revan gets -15% defense for each stacking of ferocity, so 5 stacks = -75% defense.
4. Coming from a screenshot instead of a video, I can't tell if Arc trooper is using his basic ability or his special (which does ~2.5x bade damage).
The best way to verify if Fives is donating stats is to compare your teams' damage with the same unit and skill against the same target before and after the sacrifice.Edit: here is a screenshot comparison I made a couple days ago when testing for another player who felt like it wasn't working properly. Same character, same attack, a few seconds apart, but before and after the sacrifice - clearly showing a significant increase in damage.

I don't know you. I don't know your depth of understanding of the game. I don't know how much attention your were paying when Fives died.
What i do know is that occasionally we get players on this board who don't understand certain aspects of the game, and assume their lack of understanding is actually a bug. Asking these questions allows us to rule out that possibility - if I don't ask, and you don't confirm, then we are leaving a significant possibility as an unanswered option.
So asking these basic questions is just part of the troubleshooting process. It's like the standard I.T. question: "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" 🙂Fair enough, thanks for clarifying your point regarding GAS's defense compared to Revan. And I freely admit being overly angered by what I perceive as a buggy mechanic. I'll attempt more matches where I test my damage against other clones instead of GAS and see if the damage numbers look more like what I expect
